Project Management

Projects form the canvas for structuring and organizing your tours and presentations, representing the core element of our platform. Whether you begin with a blank canvas or utilize Content Modules from our Marketplace, projects provide the foundation for your immersive experiences. Free projects from the Marketplace offer flexibility, while license types determine editability.

Project Overview Page

The Project Overview page offers a snapshot of all the projects under your account. Clicking on a project tile provides detailed information and statistics.

Project Detail Block

This concise section offers key project information, including creation date and essential settings.

Effortlessly find projects by name using the search function.

Create New Project

Initiate a new project by choosing to start from scratch or integrate a Content Module. The license of the Content Module influences project editability. If you plan to publish, ensure the chosen Content Module supports it.

Once you provide a title and description, create the project. It will appear as an "inactive" project in your list.

Project Menu

When you click on the 3 dots of the project tile, you´ll open up dropdown menu, giving you some management options.

Details

Like above, toggle the project detail block.

Duplicate Projects

Duplicate existing projects for efficiency, especially when similarities in structure and content exist. Note that duplicated projects may not be accessible in your Presenter App if account settings are unaltered and you did not activate them.

Delete Projects

Manage your project count by deleting unwanted projects. The free plan allows for three distinct projects simultaneously, while upgrading to the Professional plan offers unlimited projects.

Creating and Managing Projects

Creating a New Project

  1. Title and Description:

    • Provide a title and description for your project.

  2. Choose Project Basis:

    • Opt for a new project or select a Content Module as a basis.

  3. Activation:

    • Once titled and described, your project appears as "inactive" in your list

Note: If using a Content Module as a basis with a license that prohibits publishing, this option may be restricted. You cannot detach a project from its Content Module at a later stage. You should check the CMs licence terms before creating a project!

Creating a Project by Duplication

Duplicate projects for streamlined creation when similarities exist. The duplicated project will have the same settings and content like the original one.

This sets the stage for the next part, diving deep into project editing and presentation structure.
